Born and raised in Trussville, Andy grew up at First Baptist. A Hewitt-Trussville High School alum, he went on to earn a degree in Communication Studies from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide). During his time in Tuscaloosa, Andy met his beautiful wife, Jessica. She eventually (emphasis added) fell for his charming personality and delightful sense of humor, and they were married in September of 2021. Andy and Jess are the proud parents of one son, Hank, born in March of 2024.

Prior to joining the staff at FBCT, Andy served in communications and marketing at Alabama Baptist Children’s Homes & Family Ministries.

Andy enjoys playing the drums and spending time with Jess, Hank, and their golden retriever, Mr. Feeny.
