Connie has served FBCT through our library since 1978, directing this ministry since 1989. A graduate of Hewitt-Trussville, she received library training from the Southern Baptist Convention and is passionate about securing Christian resources and making them available through this ministry.

Married to Bobby Horsley in 1970, Connie is a mother of two adult daughters and six fabulous grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys reading (what else!), and recounts even hiding a flashlight as a child so she could read after the lights were turned off for the night!
