Have you ever left instructions for someone? Maybe for the babysitter before a date night, or your spouse, kids, or a roommate prior to leaving for a few days to help them know what to do in your absence. Jesus left His disciples such instructions before ascending to Heaven, explaining that they were to go into all the world and preach the Gospel to places both near and far. We call this spreading of the good news "evangelism," and as we continue in our present series on the foundations of our faith, we see that evangelism is a fundamental part of being a believer and follower of Jesus Christ.
