Jeff came to First Baptist in 2007, serving in our High School Ministry, and later transitioning into University and Young Adult Ministry. A product of Decatur, AL, Jeff completed his education at Austin High School (1993), Samford University (1997) and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (2001). He also recently graduated with a Doctorate of Ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (2019).

Jeff and his wife Jennifer have two children in Trussville City Schools. For fun they enjoy hanging out together, Duke basketball and Auburn football. Jeff loves fly fishing, plays a lot of disc golf, and has a heart for making disciples.
