Week 6 - Trusting His Faithfulness

Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. 7 Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver." - 2 Corinthians 9:6-7

The economy of God’s Kingdom is built on what you can give, not on what you can attain. Paul wants the church at Corinth to be a part of God’s work through giving. He reminds them of the rules of the harvest. You reap what you sow. You reap more than you sow. You reap after you sow. Then Paul reminds the readers that giving is a matter of the heart. “Give what you have decided in your heart. Give generously. Give cheerfully.”

• Asking God to help you live a life of faithful, cheerful generosity to His kingdom work.
