In the future, when your son asks you, ‘What does this mean?’ you are to tell him, ‘With a mighty hand the LORD brought us out of Egypt, out of the house of slavery. - Exodus 13:14

God wanted to position His people to where He was their only hope. God is absolutely in charge, and he wanted them to understand that if He did not deliver them, they would not be delivered.

Pray today God will:

• Position you where He wants you to be, not where you want to be.
• Help us understand that God’s direction is always right, but it may not be the easiest way.
• Help us remember that God’s direction always requires faith.
