Week 3 - Concern for the Lost

But in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect. - 1 Peter 3:15

If you travel much today, you know that you should always be prepared for just about anything – long lines, construction, detours, delays and many other things. It’s going to happen, trust me. The same can be said about sharing your faith in Jesus. There will be things said that may frustrate you because of their disbelief or lack of knowledge, but you must stay calm, stay in your lane, and trust God to give you the words to share.

Today, as a church family we pray:

• That God would give you the opportunity to share Jesus with gentleness and respect.
• That God would open our eyes to those around us who need Him.
• That we would walk in holiness, as Christ is holy.
