Our next Edible Education event will take place on Thursday, February 13, at 11:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Our guest speaker, Henry Davis, will share insights on exercising at home in his presentation, Wake Up and Move: Home Edition. He will discuss workout options for those days when you are stuck at home due to a busy schedule, health restrictions, or inclement weather. Cost is $10.
